Char Downs

relocated from San Francisco California

Char Downs recently moved from the San Francisco Bay area to the Lowertown Arts District. She has worked in many different media and her paintings on paper are both figurative and abstract. She works in a neo expressionist manner with a surreal slant. Her subject matter is based on what is unseen or unspoken but strongly felt. The content contains myth, story, fantasy and legend.
